Onboarding Product Inventory
This inventory classifies every repository in the Wisent name register. It controls which onboarding contract applies; it does not claim that the required journey already exists.
Contract classifications:
human— an intended person directly uses an application or interactive CLI;machine— a workload integrates through an API, SDK, protocol, or noninteractive CLI;both— the repository owns distinct human and machine surfaces;none— no product onboarding journey is required; documentation, examples, or a parent product own first use.
Migration state implemented-unverified means the local runtime, central
publication, scoped transport, analytics, and real-result hook are present, but
the release-bound end-to-end evidence has not been executed. Only verified
evidence permits the final migrated state.
Setup, provisioning, credential lifecycle, deployment, and documentation are not reclassified as onboarding.

Ownership and migration rule
Echo owns authoring, immutable publication, assignment, analytics, and optimization. Stado owns scoped delivery. Skarbiec owns infrastructure credentials. Probierz owns executable evidence. Each product repository owns product meaning, renderer kinds, actions, live evidence, canonical fallback, and first success.
A product moves to migrated only after its local canonical graph, central bundle, deterministic decision records, stable assignment, analytics, reset/resume behavior, first-success evidence, and legacy-path removal are complete. A setup wizard, README quick start, event-name generator, or static page index is not sufficient.
