Wise Enterprises (WisEnt) Warranties/Guarantees are limited to those expressed by the represented companies. Wise Enterprises does not imply or express warranties or guarantees other than those specifically stated by the represented companies. Therefore, current warranties and return policies are:

Lifestyle Functional Solutions products are warranted for a period of 90 days for defects due to materials or workmanship. Larger items, i.e., walkers, have a 1-year warranty. Please call us if you have a question about a warranty on a Functional Solutions product.

Return Policy for Functional Solutions products: Wise Enterprises will refund the full amount, less the shippingand handling, if the item is returned within 30 days. Please call for return instructions.

EMC Captiva CodeLink Software products are licensed as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk of the quality and performance of the licensed software is with the licensee and any third party disclaims any and all liability including liability for sequence, accuracy and completeness of data contained.

In no event will EMC Captiva or third party data provider be liable for special, incidental, indirect and/or any consequential damages including lost profits. The sole responsibility of the EMC Captiva and third party data providers will be to use reasonable efforts to correct a defect or furnish a replacement of the licensed software within a reasonable period of time.

EMC Captiva Data products are provided on a licensed basis only. Please note that after you enter into a license agreement and accept the data you may not return it for a refund.
