The Injections Fee Schedule contains the complete listing for injectable drug fees. The Injections Fee Schedule contains the carrier assigned values for HCPCS "J" codes and CPT^© immunization injections, if assigned, on a per carrier basis. Each unique injections schedule provides HCPCS "J" code values missing from RBRVS fee schedules. This data is available by individual State or the entire United States.
