DME - Individual State

Description

This data file contains the complete code listing for each state specific DME fee schedule. Each unique durable medical equipment fee schedule contains the rental, purchased new and purchased used prices of DME equipment assigned by the DMERC. These carrier assigned values are used for the payment of DME services by DMEPOS suppliers. The fee schedule provides HCPCS code values missing from RBRVS fee schedules. Data is available by state, for all fifty states, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, by region, or the entire United States. Updated annually in January.
