This data file includes the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), state, ASC Fee and ASC Group Number for each record for the entire U.S. Also included is a companion file to the Ambulatory Surgical Fees containing the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA)/ZIP Code Crosswalk. Updated in January.
