Field Options

MMM = Uncomplicated maternity service
XXX = Concept does not apply
YYY = Global period to be set by the carrier
ZZZ = The code is part of another service which falls within the global period for that service
000 = Endoscopic or minor procedure with related pre and post operative values on the day of the procedure only.
010 = 10 follow-up days
090 = Major surgery with 90 day post-operative period and 1-day pre-operative period.
